Factors that can influence an even lower price than expected:1. Volume- When there are several items that need to be addressed rather than a single item, it cuts down on time and gas spent traveling to and from each jobsite, allowing us the ability to provide a lower cost of repair per item.2. Time of Day- Repairs made during normal work hours will be substantially lower than emergency repairs done after hours.3. Location in Home- Work done on the inside of the home in climate controlled areas on the first floor of the home will cost less than the same work done from the exterior of the home during extreme weather conditions or ones done on the 2nd or 3rd floor.4. Scope variables- Some repairs will cost less than others depending on size of repair or other variables. For example, a "drywall repair" could describe anything from a small hole patch to a large area needing to be carefully disposed of due to mold or water damage and then replaced, so a smaller scope of work allows a smaller payment for the work.5. Specialized Expertise- hours of service provided performing more common tasks will cost less than services requiring areas of specialization and complexity.6. Distance to Jobsite- We will be able to provide a lower price for work to be done locally than work done out of our area.7. High Crime Areas- Repairs done in safer neighborhoods will cost less than repairs done in dangerous crime ridden zones where property theft and physical bodily injury are common.8. Lead Safe Work Practices- Repairs done to homes built after 1978 that do not require adherence to EPA's guidelines on lead paint abatement will cost less than the ones that do require it.To sum up our pricing, we charge a reasonable amount on a case by case basis that will insure a long lasting work relationship for years to come.
